Appointments & Cancellations
Conducted by certified specialists/therapists. Cancel/reschedule at least 24h in advance; late cancellation may forfeit offers/deposits/advances. Arrive 10 minutes early. Token-based system; wait for booking confirmation.
Treatment Plans & Packages
By signing up you intend to complete. Refunds not given if you change mind, except rare medical unsuitability. Using existing package sessions doesn’t incur extra booking fees.
Suitability & Effectiveness
Specialist will assess suitability/effectiveness before starting. If consultation needed, only consultation fee applies. Treatment only after doctor’s evaluation and your informed consent.
