The skin specialists and therapists at Sutvacha Clinic have all undergone training and are certified to provide the clinic’s treatment protocols. Call as soon as you can if you cannot make it to your appointment.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours beforehand. You will lose the treatment, all discounted offers from Sutvacha Clinic, and your deposit or advance if you don’t change your mind within 24 hours.

To allow for the completion of the required paperwork, kindly arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We will work hard to arrive at your appointment on time. However, we will make every effort to let you know in advance if we need to postpone or cancel your appointment due to unforeseen events.

Since clinic appointments are made using a token system for consultations, it is best to call the clinic or wait for a confirmation before making the requested appointments. While for treatment, waiting for the clinic to confirm the request is also necessary.

When a client registers for a course or treatment plan, it is assumed that the client will follow through with it.
